Privacy Policy

At Adiz Spaces (“we”, “us”, or “our”), your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information that is collected through our Adiz Spaces application (“Application”, “App”), as well as your choices regarding the collection and use of information.

Our Privacy Policy applies to all users, and others who access the App (“Users”). For the purposes of data protection laws, we are the data controller, unless otherwise stated.

Please read the following Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with this Policy, you are not authorized to, and you may not access or use the App, and you must promptly discontinue its use.

1. Information We Collect

We may access or collect the following information to provide you with a better user experience, improve our services and products:

a. Information You Voluntarily Provide (Personal Information):

When you sign up, create an account, purchase a subscription, or contact us, you may provide:

  • Your name, email address.
  • Payment details (processed securely via third-party payment gateways; we do not directly store your full payment card details).
  • Any information you provide when you contact our support (e.g., through the “Contact us” form), such as the text of your message and/or any files you choose to attach.

b. User Content:

This includes photos, images, text, and other data you upload or submit to the App (“Input”) to use our AI-powered features (e.g., makeover generation, marketing image creation). It also includes the resulting generated images or “Output”.

Face Data Policy (for makeover/face processing features):

What face data we collect: When you use features that involve face processing (e.g., makeovers, beautifying), we analyze your uploaded photos to identify facial feature points (such as eyes, nose, and mouth points) necessary for the processing.

Purpose and process: This data is collected solely to provide you with the requested “face changing” or processing effect. The complete process is as follows:

  • You submit selected photos to our server in an encrypted manner.
  • Our server analyzes the required facial key points and applies them to the chosen template or effect.
  • After processing, the server returns the final rendering effect to you through the application.

No storage or sharing of face data: We WILL NOT STORE OR SHARE such processed photos, facial features, or renderings with any third party. After the analysis process is completed, all data related to facial feature points used for processing will be automatically deleted within 7 days. We will immediately delete the original face image you submitted to the server after the synthesis process is completed. We do not store or use face data for identification, authentication, or any other purpose beyond providing the specific in-app feature you chose.

c. Automatically Collected Information (Usage Data):

When you access, use, or navigate the App, we automatically collect certain information. This information does not directly reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include:

  • Device Information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, device ID, device name, country, location, and other technical information.
  • Usage Logs: Information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, time spent in the app, referring URLs, and crash logs or diagnostic information.
  • Advertising ID: We may collect your device's advertising identifier (e.g., GAID for Android, IDFA for iOS) for personalized advertising content and analytics.

d. Analytics Information:

We and our business partners may automatically collect certain information about your device or usage through tracking technologies, including cookies, web beacons, log files, embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies, crash logs, and diagnostic information. We use these technologies to understand user behavior and trends, detect technical issues, and improve our services. We use third-party automatic data processing technologies (such as Google and Facebook) to analyze certain information. We do not control, supervise, or respond for how these third parties process your personal data outside of our App.

e. Information from Other Users:

We may receive and analyze content, communications, and information that other people provide when they use our Services, which may include information about you (e.g., if they invite you to use the app and provide your contact information). We require that these users have the legal rights to collect, use, and share your data before they provide us with any information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To deliver the core functionalities of the App, including processing your uploaded images to generate makeovers and other AI content.
  • To Process Purchases and Subscriptions: To manage your account, process payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases, and provide you with purchased features and image generation credits.
  • To Communicate with You: To send you service-related notifications, respond to your inquiries, provide support, and send marketing communications if you have opted in.
  • To Improve and Personalize Your Experience: To enhance the App's features, content, and user interface, and to offer personalized content and recommendations.
  • For Analytics and Research: To better understand user behavior, trends, detect potential outages and technical issues, and to optimize our App's performance and offerings.
  • To Prevent Fraud and Enforce Policies: To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security breaches, potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.
  • For Security Purposes: To protect our services for all users, monitor account and transaction risks, and ensure network security.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: To respond to law enforcement requests, court orders, or government regulations as required by law.
  • To Facilitate Mergers or Acquisitions: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, collected information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

Content Retention Policy: Generated images or other user content may be subject to deletion from our servers after a period of approximately 24 to 36 hours after generation, for operational or storage management purposes. This policy is in place to manage storage and system performance. We recommend that you download and save any content you wish to retain permanently. We are not responsible for lost content due to this retention policy.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data and images are securely stored on cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security practices (including physical and procedural safeguards) designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a security breach compromising your personal information, we will notify you promptly as required by applicable law.

We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal obligations. If your personal information is no longer needed for legal or commercial purposes, we typically destroy or anonymize it.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, cloud storage (e.g., Google Cloud Platform), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase), bug reporting (e.g., Instabug), and advertising networks. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
  • For Advertising and Analytics: We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable usage data and information collected via tracking technologies (cookies, pixels) with advertising networks and partners (e.g., Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, AppLovin, Fyber, Pangle, Smaato, Unity Ads, Criteo, Inmobi, Vungle, Mintegral) to provide personalized advertisements and analyze campaign effectiveness.   • For Legal Reasons: We disclose information when required by law, court order, or government requests, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, investigate fraud, or enforce our policies.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

Special Statement on AI/ML & Third-Party AI Models:

To improve the quality of our AI services, we may share specific information (such as content uploaded by users to access AI features) with third-party AI providers. For further information about their services and privacy choices, please visit their websites and privacy policies.

No Generalized AI/ML Use: User data obtained via Google Workspace APIs (if applicable) will not be used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

Strict Scope Limitation: All data usage for AI processing is strictly limited to the stated functionalities of this product, adhering to the principle of data minimization. Input content to AI models is processed immediately to produce the output you request and is never stored, examined, or reused for machine learning or AI training—neither by us nor by any of our third-party AI providers. This policy applies consistently across all integrated AI systems and partners, with regular audits conducted to ensure adherence.

Data Retention by AI Providers: Data retention practices by third-party AI providers are subject to their individual privacy policies. We advise consulting their policies for exact details.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location and applicable data protection laws, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You can request to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request that we delete your personal data from our systems.
  • Right to Data Portability: You can request to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller.
  • Right to Object: You can object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that we limit the way we use your personal data.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint: If your request was not satisfied, you have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
  • Opt-out of Marketing Communications: You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails.
  • Manage Device Permissions: You can control the App's access to your device's camera, photos, or notifications through your device's system settings. Please note that disabling certain permissions may affect the normal use of some App features.
  • Control Tracking Technologies: You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that some parts of the App may not function properly if you disable cookies. You can also opt-out of personalized advertising via the DAA and NAI websites mentioned in Section 4.

Information for California Residents (CCPA Rights):

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collecting or selling it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that we have collected directly from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale: While we do not sell your personal data, if our practices change, you would have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (e.g., web beacons, log files) to operate, analyze, and improve our App, and to display personalized advertisements. These technologies help us to:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of our services.
  • Help you have an easier access experience (e.g., avoiding repeated logins).
  • Understand user behavior and trends.
  • Deliver targeted advertising.

7. Age Restriction & Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use or provide any information on the App.

If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us immediately at support@adiz.in, and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is removed from our files.

Users must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental/guardian consent to use the App.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to their practices. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We use various third-party services to help provide our services, such as hosting (e.g., Google Cloud Platform), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Firebase), and advertising networks (as listed in Section 4).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page with an updated “Effective” date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective means you accept the revised Policy.
